My Beautiful New Book!

Ok, Rich thinks I am such a dork for taking pictures of my new book (not to mention posting them on the blog!). But I am so excited that I finally got this book that I have been wanting for so long! I also think it is one of the most beautiful books I have ever seen! So much so, that I almost didn't want to read it but I just couldn't resist! It is a one volume version of Jane Austen's collected works. Or maybe I should say a collection of her completed novels because of course she had at least one or two other novels that she was not able to complete before she died and then there are the short stories she wrote in her youth. (which I hope to own as well one day since I do believe they have been published)
Anyway, I hope you like my pretty book!

These first ones are where she had fallen asleep watching The Wiggles on the computer.



This next one she did fall asleep in the bed, it was just the position she was in that was pretty funny. She fell asleep watching Meet the Robinsons (one of her favorite movies).

Sight Seeing!

We did a little sight seeing while our family was in town here are a few documentations of our fun! Stephanie found this fantastic thing for us called "The Connect Pass" which got us into tons of really cool stuff for one price. It was soooo worth it and the pass included luch at the Lion House! Well, hope you enjoy!

As everyone knows Dad, Christy and McKenzie just came out for a week to visit me and my sister Stephanie and our families (but probably the grandkids, mostly!). Steph and I thought it would be a great opportunity to take a picture with them. We would really love to have one with our stepsisters and thier families as well, but I guess you take what you can get when you can get it!
